Recovery doesn’t end when structured treatment ends. The first months afterward matter, and they deserve support.
The first 90 days after structured treatment are the most vulnerable period in recovery. While many programs discharge clients with a plan, Xolani stays involved.
Our 90-Day Relapse Prevention Program is built into care, not offered as an optional add-on. Clients remain supported and accountable as they stabilize routines, manage triggers, and apply recovery skills in real life.
Recovery does not end at discharge, and neither does our responsibility.
Early recovery requires stability, not silence. This program exists to close the gap where relapse most often occurs. It is appropriate for clients who:
Care at Xolani is trauma-informed by design. We recognize that substance use often develops alongside experiences of stress, loss, or trauma.
PHP integrates trauma-informed principles throughout treatment, prioritizing emotional safety, regulation, and trust. Clients are never pushed faster than clinically appropriate, and care is adjusted as stability improves.
While each treatment plan is individualized, clients in PHP typically participate in care several days per week during daytime hours. A typical week may include:
5-6 Days per week
3-6 Hours per day
Weekly individual therapy
Ongoing coordination with a Recovery Navigator
Trauma-informed care integrated across sessions
Medication management when clinically appropriate
Structured group therapy sessions focused on skill-building and recovery support
